Can I choose the format of the Book?

You’ll receive a 21 x 28 cm Hardcover Photo Book with 26 pages — a fixed, finished product. We deliberately chose this format because it’s the classic size of a traditional children’s book, and kept the page count consistent so you can focus entirely on the story and character design, while we guarantee the same high design and print quality every time.

Can I add more than one child to the story?

Yes. You can add up to 5 characters to your personalised children’s book. Simply click “Add another character” during the design process to include siblings, friends, pets or family members.

What information is required to create my child's character?

To generate your child's avatar, you'll need to provide a photo, name, gender, and age — these four details are mandatory for our AI to create an accurate character. We also strongly encourage adding optional details like favourite colours, animals, or activities: the more information you provide, the richer and more personalised the final story will be.

Is the story unique, or is it a template?

Every story is 100% unique. Our AI uses the details you provide to generate a completely original, personalised story — no two books are the same.

Why is my personalised children's book taking so long to generate?

Creating a fully personalised story and illustrations takes a little time — our AI is building something unique just for your child. Most books are ready to view within a few minutes, so hang tight and do not close the tab or navigate away.

Can I edit my book after it's generated?

Yes. Once your story is generated, you can edit the result page by page using the "Edit prompt" feature, giving you full control over the final result before you order.

Can I save my project and come back to it later?

No — your project is only saved once you add it to the cart. If you close the tab or navigate away during the design process, your progress will be lost, so we recommend completing your personalised children's book in one session.

Is the personalised children's book available on the iOS/Android app? What about the webshop/desktop software?
